Ladies Circle Luxembourg is growing! Ladies Circle 4 and 5 in Luxembourg are excited to host their chartering event on the weekend of March 10-12th, 2023.

The weekend
Friday evening
We look forward to welcome you all with a Welcome Party which will take place at Bistrot Quai in Grevenmacher.
Saturday morning
The official part of the charter will take place on Saturday morning at the University of Luxembourg – Kirchberg Campus.
Saturday afternoon
Want to spice up your weekend and learn more about Luxembourg city and the eastern region of the country? Register to a touristic event of your choice we have specially organized for you!
Saturday evening
We will finish off the weekend with a fabulous Gala Dinner and well-deserved party at IKKI in Clausen.

Information
To break the ice and all get to know each other, we look forward to welcoming you all with a Welcome Party which will take place at Bistrot Quai. You are welcome from 18.00 onwards.
Food will be served in a ‘walking dinner’ style and wine, cremant, beer and soft drinks will be included in your ticket. We will have a special treat for you upon arrival!

For easy access, we have specially organized a bus which you may take free of charge from the Novotel Kirchberg at 5.30 or 6.30pm from Luxembourg city. Return buses will leave the venue at 23.30 and 1.00am back the hotel or to Parking Glacis.
Saturday morning
Information
The official part of the charter will take place on Saturday morning at the University of Luxembourg. We would like to welcome you from 8.30 am for a coffee or tea and the official meeting starts at 9.00 am. We will take care of a light breakfast of pastries and fruit for you.

Want to spice up your weekend and learn more about Luxembourg city and the eastern region of the country? Register to a touristic event of your choice we have specially organized for you!
Option 1: Wine Tasting tour!
Information
A bus drives you through the scenic vineyards of the Moselle region. A first stop will be at the Vinery Pundel-Hoffeld in Machtum where you can taste the best of their wines and cremants while being served the well-known “Tartes flambées” made by Round Table 7. The next stop will be in Remerschen at the Vinery Sunnen-Hoffmann that will also present you their specialities before heading back to the city.
How to get there
We have specially organized a bus that collects you directly from the official part of the weekend. People that do not participate in the official part are more than welcome to join the wine tasting tour and come directly to Domaine Viticole Pundel-Hoffeld or come to location of the official part . Return buses will bring you back to the Novotel or Parking Glacis.

Option 2: Luxembourg City Tour including a special Casemates visit!
Information
We will leave directly from the official part for a nice lunch at our favorite local restaurant and afterwards a private City Tour of Luxembourg including a special Casemates visit.
Saturday evening
Information
We will finish off the weekend with a fabulous Gala Dinner and well-deserved party at IKKI! Aperitifs will be served from 19.00 and dinner starts at 20.00. Wine, cremant, beer and soft drinks will be included in your ticket until midnight.

Weekend package
It is possible to take a package to celebrate the complete weekend with us and get the best price of EUR 225! The package includes the welcome party on Friday evening, the official part of the charter and the Gala Dinner on Saturday. The touristic tours on Saturday afternoon can be booked as an additional option.
Hotel
We have organized a special rate for you until 10 February 2023 at the Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg. You can stay for EUR 130 per night in a single room and EUR 150 per night in a double including breakfast.

Ladies Circle 4 is a young and dynamic club of English-speaking ladies located in Luxembourg city. The bond of our Circle is strengthened by our friendship and shared focus on giving back to society.

“Zesumme matt a fir Fraen a Kanner”
Ladies Circle 5 is a young and dynamic club of Luxembourgish-speaking (but also English-, French- and German-speaking) women in the east of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The bond of our Ladies Circle is strengthened by our friendship and our common will to commit ourselves to a good cause. The people of the east of the country are characterised by their outgoing mentality, which can be felt at the many festivities that take place in this region. Organising or participating in events with the aim of creating connections and thus helping the most disadvantaged is an obvious choice for us.
It gives us the opportunity to help and find ways to support especially women and children. Through our choice of charity organisations, we want to ensure that women in Luxembourg and abroad have access to education, financial independence, better professional prospects and equal treatment in society. Through our commitment, we also want to improve the daily life of children and give them access to care and education.

Q: What time is the registration desk open on Friday?
A: You can register yourself on Friday from 18.00 at Bistro Quai. There will be someone at the Novotel lobby to welcome you at 17.00 and to take together the bus at 17.30.
Q: I arrive on Saturday, where do I register?
A: Please contact us by email on charterlc4lc5@gmail.com and depending on the time we will advise you where you can register.
Q: I have registered for only the Saturday evening, but I now also want to join on Friday, can I change my ticket?
A: Please contact us by email on charterlc4lc5@gmail.com and we will see what we can do for you.
Q: I would like to be home hosted during the weekend, is that an option?
A: We have very limited home hosting places available, please contact us by email on charterlc4lc5@gmail.com to see if we have places left.
Q: I would like to book a different hotel than the Novotel, is that possible?
A: Yes of course, we have negotiated a good deal with the Novotel and buses are organised from there or close by, but you can always choose a different hotel.
Q: I have registered for the charter but I can’t come, do I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately not, maybe there is someone else that would like to have your ticket?
Q: How can I pay for my ticket?
A: You can wire the money to the bank account from Ladies Circle Luxembourg.
Q: I’m from Luxembourg, can I still join one of the touristic events on Saturday afternoon?
A: Sure, you can book that in the subscription form!
Q: How do I get from A to B in Luxembourg when I don’t have or don’t want to bring my car?
A: The public transportation in Luxembourg is for free and there is a tram stop in front of the Novotel. You can check the website mobiliteit.lu for all information.
Q: Is there transportation organised from the Airport to the Novotel?

Q: I want to bring my partner, how do I register him/her?
A: For easy administration, please fill out a separate form for your partner and mention in the comments that this person is coming together with you.
